We strive to ensure your studio workflow is seamless; if our software or hardware tools do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Please note that activated digital licenses are generally non-refundable unless technical incompatibility is proven.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the plugin or hardware unit you wish to return.

• 2.
  Deactivate Licenses

  For digital software, ensure all iLok or cloud-based licenses are deactivated from your workstation before the return can be processed.

• 3.
  Ship Hardware

  If returning physical gear, pack the item in its original box with all cables and manuals, then use the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the license deactivation or inspects the hardware, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
